I got a massage over Easter and was kn...Great post!<br />I got a massage over Easter and was kneaded like dough to get out knots from lactic acid build up and ached terribly the next day and was confounded as to what to do to prevent the knots returning. I then discovered transdermal magnesium and in 1 month I can actually feel my shoulders unhunching themselves. I've realised from my research that I've had a long term magnesium deficiency and in particular that magnesium taken orally will take 1 year to normalise on an intracellular level and can actuallyl have a laxative effect whereas transdermally it takes 1 month. Magnesium is actually a miracle that has been improving my sleep, sugar metabolism, reflux and the list goes on.
